The CPF Vaccine QIP program is designed to analyze and increase vaccine administration rates for certain vaccines.

The CPF Vaccine QIP program is designed to analyze and increase vaccine administration rates for certain vaccines. Participating practices will be compensated on a per physician basis for their work toward meeting specific goals; CPF will use the de-identified data to guide our 2015 vision and apply for other grant programs.
